Whether you’re planning a corporate event, airport transfer, school trip, wedding, or private tour, we’ve answered the most common questions to help you book with confidence.
What's included in a private hire?
Everything you need: the vehicle, a professional DBS-checked driver, fuel and insurance – all in one fixed quote. You’ll never be asked to drive, refuel or pay hidden extras. Tolls or venue parking, where applicable, are agreed upfront.
Can we play our own music on board?
On most vehicles, yes – many have Bluetooth or aux connectivity. Tell us it matters when booking and we’ll allocate a suitable vehicle.
Can we decorate the coach for a celebration?
Light, non-damaging decorations are usually fine – banners and balloons rather than confetti and silly string. Just clear it with us at booking.
Do you do late-night pickups after events?
Yes – late finishes from concerts, race days and nights out are standard work for us. Your fixed quote includes the agreed return time, however late.
Is alcohol allowed on board?
For adult groups it can often be arranged with sensible ground rules – ask when booking. Please note drivers can refuse travel to anyone posing a safety risk.
