Which coach do you use for European tours?
Our 55 seater Scania executive coaches – with onboard toilet, USB charging at every seat, air conditioning and reclining seats. For smaller groups we can quote our midi coaches, but for long-distance European travel the executive coach is what we recommend.
What do passengers need for travel to Europe?
Everyone needs a valid passport (and visas where applicable for their nationality), plus we recommend travel insurance and a GHIC card. We’ll confirm current entry requirements for your destination when you book.
How do driver hours work on long trips?
EU regulations strictly limit daily driving time – for everyone’s safety. We plan compliant schedules, and for long hauls we provide a second driver so your group keeps moving legally and safely.
Do we pay for the driver's accommodation?
On multi-day tours, driver accommodation is required and is itemised transparently in your quote – many hotels provide driver rooms at reduced rates, and we handle the arrangements.
Ferry or Eurotunnel - which do you use?
Either – we’ll recommend based on your route, timings and budget, and include the crossing in your plan. Eurotunnel is quicker; ferries give the group a chance to stretch, eat and rest.
